Oh my. That is all I have to say after the last episode’s Tribal Council. This season has really picked up and has us viewers on the edge of our seats. There was so much packed into the last episode, but here are a the main points that I think are significant:
First off, with all of the talk of Kama strong and alliances, the only real alliance seems to be Kelley, Wardog, and Lauren, then Rick and David. The last few tribals have seemed to be simply voting blocks. I am interested to see if that will continue or if real alliances will begin to form.
Next, the idol that was played was David and Rick’s and ended up not being necessary. I do not blame them for playing it, but it shows us a few things. First, David must have been the talk of tribal scramble because Kelley did not play her idol. Also, Rick has become level-headed again and played the idol for David, showing he saw the value in investing in a ally. I predict Rick is going to do more good things throughout this season.
Finally, Julia. I mean… I think she made some comments that she shouldn’t have at Tribal Council. She was already a strategic threat, and then her comments made her stand out at Tribal, and frankly turn both Rick and Wardog against her. I think it would have been interesting to see what would have happened if she had been a little less vocal or agressive at Tribal. Maybe she would still be in the game?
What do you guys think about this episode? Let us know what you think in preparation for tomorrow’s episode which I am sure will be another exciting one!
